Tips for downloading and registering your software.
Downloading or registering software that you have purchased over the internet may sound hard to do, but in reality it is a simple process. By reading the complete instructions before attempting to download or register, most of your questions can be answered. We all know that computers and PDA's can be can be non-cooperative at times, but that is why our customer support center is available to contact if you do run into questions or you are experiencing problems in the process. Contained in this article are some other helpful tips and answers to many questions that our customers have.
1. If you are unsure of how to download software via the internet, try downloading a trial version of the software. It is free!
2. Some of our software is available on a CD, in which case your software is downloaded from your disc drive rather than the internet

4. Many people have never dealt with WINZIP. This is required after you purchase your software and download it. Please take the time to try it out for FREE, by the evaluation version of this software. http://winzip.com/downwz.htm -- This is where you can download it for FREE.
Think of this program like stuffing all the information you need into a box. This program does that to your software and when you receive it you must take it out of the box. By installing this program and then learning how to use this program, you will be able to smoothly purchase software from us anytime you want. If you have Windows XP you should all ready have the full version on your computer, just double click the WinZip icon when you see it and drag anything inside the WinZip window onto your desktop creating new icons. Then simply double click the new icons on your desktop and away you go.
